Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mythplay Studio ("Mythplay", "we", "us" or "our") and apply to all games we publish on Google Play, the Apple App Store and other platforms, and to mythplaystudio.com (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing or playing our games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country. If you are under that age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

2. Licence to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Mythplay Studio and its licensors.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• Our games may include virtual coins, gems, boosters, skins and other virtual items. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold, to you.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Except where required by law, all purchases are final.
• We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as part of running the game.

4. Advertising

Our games are free to play and display advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or for any products or services they promote. How advertising uses your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, exploit bugs or use unauthorised third-party software that modifies a game;
• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from our games, except where the law allows it;
• interfere with the games, our servers or our advertising partners, including through ad fraud or fake traffic;
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The games, including their code, characters, artwork, music, sounds, text and trademarks, are owned by Mythplay Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering any game or feature at any time, with or without notice. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or free of errors.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythplay Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the game. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
